(Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy) Discussions of the voluntary sector that focus primarily on volunteerism omit a key dimension of the social and economic life of the province: the new norm of social entrepreneurship. An evaluation of the current environment of the voluntary sector in Saskatchewan, along with a detailed look at Family Services Regina as a practical example, forms the basis of the Saskatchewan Institute of Public Policy 33rd Public Policy Paper.
