PLEASE NOTE:

Commissioner MacCallum has now announced that he will hear testimony from expert witnesses regarding systemic issues on October 2, 3, & 4, 2006. The public hearing will officially close at the conclusion of this evidence on Wednesday, October 4, 2006.  

The Commissioner will receive final written and oral submissions from parties at a later date. The media will be advised of the details once confirmed.
