The Commission has now released a tentative witness
list for September 12 to October 6, 2005, inclusive. This phase of the public
hearing will hear from witnesses with evidence relating to Larry Fisher’s
activities. The Commission will make every effort to follow the proposed
order, however, we cannot guarantee that all witnesses will appear on the
dates noted. An updated witness list, detailing any changes in order or
appearances, will be distributed to the media on a weekly basis.
