**REVISED** WITNESS LIST
For the week of October 2 - 4, 2006

Please be advised that Commission Counsel has removed Nick Russell from the witness list. Mr. Russell was previously scheduled to testify on Wednesday,   October 4, 2006.

The video-taped testimony of Patricia Alain has been added to the hearing schedule and will be played following the conclusion of David Kyle’s testimony.

The public hearing will close on Wednesday, October 4, 2006, until such time when Commissioner MacCallum reconvenes to hear final oral submissions from parties with standing. The media will be advised of the details of that hearing once confirmed.
