MEDIA ADVISORY March 6, 2006 DAVID MILGAARD TESTIMONY COMPLETE
As per Commissioner MacCallum’s order of February 8, 2006, David Milgaard today attended in Vancouver to provide video-taped testimony in response to questions posed by Commission Counsel, Doug Hodson, Q.C.. Mr. Milgaard’s lawyer, Hersh Wolch, was also present. The Commission will play the video-taped testimony within the hearing room once the public hearing resumes after a six-week adjournment.
