MEDIA ADVISORY January 31, 2006 MILGAARD APPLICATION HEARING CONCLUDED The hearing to deal with David Milgaard’s application for an accommodation to testify by way of written questions and answers concluded late this afternoon. Commissioner MacCallum has deferred his decision on
the matter while he considers the evidence. No date has yet been set for the
