WITNESS LIST REVISIONS

For the week of January 30 – February 2, 2006

Please be advised that Calvin Tallis may take the stand as early as Tuesday, January 31, depending on how long the Milgaard application takes to be heard. The media will be notified tonight as to the status of the application and the possibility of Mr. Tallis testifying on Tuesday.

The Commission has also added two witnesses to this week’s list. Mr. Rusty Chartier will be recalled to answer questions regarding allegations made by a previous witness, Tom Vanin, that conversations between David Milgaard and his counsel, Calvin Tallis, were taped by Saskatoon police. John McDonald, retired Saskatoon police officer, will also be called to testify. His name is mentioned in a memorandum composed by Paul Henderson as someone who provided police information to Henderson. These witnesses may be called on Tuesday, January 31, time permitting.
