MEDIA ADVISORY January 23, 2006 MILGAARD APPLICATION DEFERRED Mr. Hersh Wolch, counsel for David Milgaard, has advised the Commission that he is unable to attend in Saskatoon on Wednesday, January 25 and Thursday, January 26 to argue Mr. Milgaard’s application for an accommodation due to illness. As a result, the application will now be heard on Monday, January 30 and Tuesday, January 31. The hearing will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Battleford Room of the Delta Bessborough Hotel in Saskatoon.
