MEDIA ADVISORY January 16, 2005 MILGAARD APPLICATION RECEIVED The Commission has now received an application on behalf of David Milgaard requesting that he be given an accommodation for the receipt of his evidence. The application does not ask that Mr. Milgaard be excused from testifying before the Commission. On Tuesday, January 17, 2006, the Commissioner will set a date for the application to be heard.
