STANDING TO BE REVIEWED
Please be advised that Mr.
Justice Edward P. MacCallum intends to review Larry Fisher’s right to
standing and funding in light of the Supreme Court of Canada’s dismissal of
his application for leave to appeal. The Commissioner will hear oral
submissions from counsel for Larry Fisher on Thursday, January 13, 2005 at
10:00 a.m. in Saskatoon. The hearing will take place at the Delta Bessborough
Hotel, Battleford Room. For
