WITNESS LIST
For the week of February 6 – February 10, 2006

The
Commission will begin hearing evidence from Mr. Justice Calvin Tallis,
David Milgaard’s defence counsel at his 1970 trial, at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday,
February 2. Justice Tallis is the only witness scheduled to appear before the
Commission for the week of February 6 – February 10, 2006.
Please note, the Commission has added Friday,
February 10 to the hearing schedule next week to allow enough
time to complete the testimony of Justice Tallis. If the evidence is
completed sooner than expected, the Commission will not sit on Friday.
