COMMISSION TO HEAR FINAL ORAL SUBMISSIONS  

Counsel for parties to the Commission will present final oral submissions beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2006, and concluding no later than 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 12, 2006, at the Battleford Room, Delta Bessborough Hotel, Saskatoon.  

Each party will be allowed a maximum of 30 minutes to make submissions and will be heard in the following order:

3. David Asper
4. T.D.R. Caldwell
5. Serge Kujawa
6. Eddie Karst
7. Calvin Tallis
8. Eugene Williams
9. Saskatoon Police Service
10. RCMP
11. Larry Fisher
12. AIDWYC
13. Justice Canada
14. Saskatchewan Justice

Parties submitted written argument to the Commission at an earlier date. These will be made public once oral argument has been presented. However, the Commission will provide copies of written submissions to the media on an embargoed basis later this week. Media will be advised of the details once confirmed.
