Highlights of The Pension Benefits Amendment Regulations, 2002
Description:

Describes the changes to retirement options under The Pension Benefits Act, 1993 effective April 1, 2002. The Life Income Fund and Locked-In Retirement Income Fund were replaced by a prescribed Registered Retirement Income Fund that has no annual maximum withdrawal restriction. Last Update: March 2005
