Part 6: Resolving Issues and Preserving Rights

What this Part is about: This Part is designed to resolve issues and questions arising in the course of a Court action. It includes rules describing how applications are made to the Court and responded to by others, rules on admissions, rules for preserving and protecting property and rules for preserving and obtaining evidence. The Part also:

    • describes resources and rules available to assist the Court (experts, inquiries and accounts);
    • includes rules for receivers; and
    • includes special rules for replevin and interpleader proceedings.
