Title: Community-Based Justice Programs Funding Agreements for $1,480,100 (2012-2013 Fiscal Year)

Summary: Orders that the Minister Responsible for Corrections and Policing is approved to enter into agreements, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A (Service Agreement), with those agencies listed in the attached Schedule B (agency list), for the funding of Community-Based Organizations for the period April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013, in the amounts set opposite their names in Column 1 of Schedule B, whereby the government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $1,480,100, subject to budget approval and passage of The Appropriation Act, for the delivery of community-based justice programs.
