Title: Assignment of Responsibility for the Administration of Acts and Regulations – Amending Order

Summary: Orders:

(a) that Your Honour’s Order 286/2012, dated May 25, 2012, is amended by repealing Schedules C, G, I, S and U attached to that Order, and substituting Schedules C, G, I, S and U attached to this Order;

(b) that responsibility for assisting the Minister of the Economy in carrying out his or her responsibilities pursuant to The Labour-sponsored Venture Capital Corporations Act, The Renewable Diesel Act, The Ethanol Fuel (Grants) Regulations and The Small Business Loans Association Program Regulations is assigned to Enterprise Saskatchewan; and

(c) that, in conjunction with the transfer and assignment of the administration of The Economic and Co-operative Development Act to the Minister of the Economy by Your Honour’s Order 286/2012, dated May 25, 2012, the administration of the money appropriated with respect to the following is transferred and assigned to the Minister of the Economy:

(i) Enterprise and Innovation Programs (Vote 144)
Loans Under The Economic and Co-operative Development Act(EI01)

(ii) First Nations and Métis Relations (Vote 163)
Loans Under The Economic and Co-operative Development Act

– The Northern Economic Development Regulations (FN01)
(iii) Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sport (Vote 173)
Loans Under The Economic and Co-operative Development Act (TC01).
