Title: Appoint Three Students-at-Law to Temporary Positions within the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General

Summary: Orders:

(a) the transfer of the positions listed in column (1) of the attached Schedule A to the unclassified division of the Public Service in the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General;

(b) the appointment of the persons listed in column (2) of the attached Schedule A to the position in column (1), at a salary as specified in column (3), such salary to be calculated as and from the date shown in column (4) or such date following on which that person reports for duty until the date shown in column (5); and

(c) that the said positions and the said persons listed in column (2) of the attached Schedule A shall be subject to the following Regulations made under The Public Service Act, 1998: Part III, Regulation 23; Part IV Regulation 42; Part V, Regulations 45-49 and 51-91; Part VI, Regulations 92 and 94; and Part VII.
