Summary: Orders that the Minister of Environment is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with Outback Renewal Ltd., whereby the Government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $144,760 for the purpose of preparing the site for the tree plant program in the Nisbet and Canwood Island Forests.
