(a) the Minister of Environment is authorized to withdraw the land identified below from the “Northern Provincial Forest”; and
(b) the Minister of Environment is authorized to sell the provincial land identified below for municipal reserve purposes, to the Resort Village of Candle Lake, for the total sale price of $4,500 and to execute any required agreements related to this sale, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan:
