Summary: Orders that the Minister of Energy and Resources is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, with Canadian Clean Power Coalition Inc., under which the Government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $360,000, for the purpose of participating in Phase IV of the Canadian Clean Power Coalition initiative for the period January 1, 2012 to March 31, 2014, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A.
