Summary: Orders that the Minister of Education is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with the Saskatchewan School Boards Association, whereby the government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $120,000, for the period January 1, 2012 to August 31, 2013, to aid in the development of resource materials that will assist the education sector in complying with The Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
