Summary: Further to Your Honour’s Order 480/2011, dated August 11, 2011, orders that the Minister of Environment is approved to enter into an amending agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with Great Western Forestry Ltd., whereby the Government is liable to make an expenditure in an additional amount not to exceed $100,000 for a total amount of $300,000 for the purpose of mountain pine beetle monitoring, surveillance and assessment services.
