May. 28, 1998 - Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs Minister Berny Wiens will appear on behalf of Highways and Transportation Minister Judy Bradley at the Council of Ministers Responsible for Transportation and Highway Safety in Edmonton tomorrow and renew Saskatchewan's call for a National Highway Program and an improved grain handling and transportation system.
