Summary: Orders, effective December 12, 2011:

(a) that the appointment of Cheryl Senecal, Acting Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Education, made by Your Honour’s Order 361/2011, dated June 22, 2011 be cancelled;

(b) the appointment of Cheryl Senecal, Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Education at a salary of $172,092 per annum in the Deputy Minister Level 3 salary range $156,444 to $203,352; and

(c) that the said Cheryl Senecal shall continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of the Employment Contract attached as Schedule A to Your Honour’s Order 361/2011.
