Title: Review Board (Criminal Code (Canada)) Membership Changes

Summary: Further to Your Honour’s Order 131/2010, dated March 17, 2010, orders:

(a) that, effective October 1, 2011, the appointment of the Honourable Mr. Justice Peter Foley, Saskatoon as a member and Chairperson of the Review Board is cancelled;

(b) that the appointment of Dr. Ian McDonald, Saskatoon as a member of the review Board is cancelled;

(c) that the Honourable Judge Hugh Harradence, Prince Albert; Sheila Clements, Saskatoon; Dr. Robin Menzies, Saskatoon and Dr. Mansfield Mela, Saskatoon are reappointed as members of the Review Board to serve at pleasure for a term not exceeding five years from the date of this Order and until a successor is appointed;

(d) that, effective October 1, 2011, the Honourable Judge Hugh Harradence, Prince Albert is designated as Chairperson of the Review Board;

(e) that, effective October 1, 2011, the Honourable Judge Brent Klause, Saskatoon is appointed as a member of the Review Board to serve at pleasure for a term not exceeding five years and until a successor is appointed;

(f) that, effective October 1, 2011, the Honourable Judge Brent Klause, Saskatoon designated as Vice-Chairperson of the Review Board; and

(g) that as a consequence of the above, from the date of this Order to September 30, 2011, the following persons constitute the membership of the Review Board pursuant to the Criminal Code (Canada), to serve at pleasure for a term not exceeding the date set out opposite his or her name:
