Title: The Local Government Election Amendment Regulations, 2011

Minister: Minister of Municipal Affairs

Summary: On filing date, these regulations will amend RRS L-30.1 Reg 4 to amend the forms used in the local government election process to reflect the amendments to The Local Government Election Act passed during the spring 2011 session of the Legislative Assembly and to implement several changes of a “housekeeping” nature.
