Summary: Orders that the Minister of Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sport is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with Allan Construction of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan whereby the government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $1,021,417.10 for the purpose of stabilizing 330 metres of shoreline at Elbow Harbour Recreation Site.
