Summary: Orders that the Minister of Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sport is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with Morsky Development Corp. of Regina, Saskatchewan whereby the government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $420,670.00 for the purpose of upgrades to the potable water system and renovation of the existing building at Crooked Lake Provincial Park.
