Summary: Orders:

(a) Approval of the terms of an Agreement between the Government of Saskatchewan and the Government of Canada to obtain financial assistance to defray costs of the implementation of family justice activities, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A; and

(b) That the Minister of Justice and Attorney General is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan.
