Title: Self-Regulating Health Professional Associations – Membership Changes

Summary: Further to Your Honour’s Orders 306/2009, dated April 29, 2009, 727/2009, dated October 28, 2009, 370/2010, dated June 24, 2010, 426/2010, dated July 15, 2010 and 708/2010, dated December 9, 2010 orders:

(a) that the appointments of the individuals listed in Column 1 of the attached Schedule A to the council or board of the professional association set out opposite his or her name in Column 2 are cancelled, effective the date of this Order;

(b) that the individuals listed in Column 1 of the attached Schedule B are reappointed to the council or board of the professional association set out opposite his or her name in Column 2, to serve at pleasure for a term not exceeding the date set out opposite his or her name in Column 4;

(c) that the individuals listed in Column 1 of the attached Schedule C are appointed to the council or board of the professional association set out opposite his or her name in Column 2, to serve at pleasure for a term not exceeding the date set out opposite his or her name in Column 4;and

(d) that as a consequence of the above, the individuals listed in Column 1 of the attached Schedule D constitute the Lieutenant Governor in Council appointments to the council or board of the professional association listed in Column 2, to serve at pleasure for a term not exceeding the date set out opposite his or her name in Column 4.
