Title: Credential Recognition Program Contribution Agreement – Amending Agreement - $1,605,406 (October 2, 2009 to March 31, 2013)

Summary: Orders:

(a) approval of the terms of the Amending Agreement between the Government of Saskatchewan and the Government of Canada to be known as the “Foreign Credential Recognition Program Contribution Agreement”, substantially in the form of Schedule A attached hereto, in a total amount not to exceed $1,605,406, for the period October 2, 2009 to March 31, 2013; and

(b) that the Minister of Advanced Education, Employment and Immigration is authorized to execute the Amending Agreement on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan.
