Summary: Orders that the Minister of Environment is approved to enter into an amending agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with YXX Aerospace Ltd., whereby the Government is liable to make an expenditure in an additional amount not to exceed $5,815,226 for a total amount of $24,504,521 for the purpose of installing retrofit kits to four of Saskatchewan’s CL215 piston aircraft with turboprop engines.
