Title: Cancel Appointment of Beverlee Graf, Administrative Coordinator in the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer and Appoint Joan Hayes as Senior Administrative Coordinator in the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer

Summary: Orders:

(a) that the appointment of Beverlee Graf, Administrative Coordinator in the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, which was made pursuant to Your Honour’s Order 280/2008, dated April 18, 2008 is cancelled;

(b) the transfer of a position to the unclassified division of the Public Service “Senior Administrative Coordinator” in the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer;

(c) the appointment of Joan Hayes to the above mentioned position, at a salary of $4,681 per month aligned to the Management Classification and Compensation Plan Level 3 salary range $4,072 - $5,295, such salary to be calculated as and from March 1, 2011, or such date following on which she reports for duty; and

(d) the said position and the said Joan Hayes shall be subject to the following Regulations made under The Public Service Act, 1998: Part III, Regulation 23 and 25; Part IV, Regulations 30, 32, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 44; Part V, Regulations 45-49 and 51-91; Part VI, Regulations 92 and 94; and Part VII.
