Summary: Orders that the Minister of Environment is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of lthe attached Schedule 1, with Pacific Regeneration Technologies, whereby the Government is liable to make an expenditures in an amount not to exceed $999,500 over two years (2010-11 to 2011-12) for the purpose of purchasing tree seedlings and their winter storage.
