Summary: Orders:

(a) That Order in Council 75/2010, dated February 25, 2010 is repealed; and

(b) That the terms and conditions contained in the agreement attached hereto as Schedule A be approved as those terms and conditions on which the Minister of Energy and Resources may agree to issue a subsurface mineral lease by special agreement KLSA 002A to Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. in respect of the Crown mineral lands described in that agreement.
