Summary: Orders that the terms and conditions contained in the agreement attached hereto as Schedule “A” be approved as those terms and conditions on which the Minister of Energy and Resources may agree to issue a subsurface mineral lease by special agreement KLSA 009 to Invictus Minerals Corporation in respect of the Crown mineral lands described in that agreement.
