Summary: Orders:

(a) that Order in Council 582/2010, dated September 30, 2010 is repealed; and

(b) that the Minister of Education is approved to enter into agreements, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with the organizations and in the amounts listed below, in an amount not to exceed $122,209, for the period April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011, to deliver family literacy programs and services in Saskatchewan:
