Title: Appointment of Melanie Coyle, Portfolio Officer in the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner

Summary: Orders:

(a) that the appointment of Melanie Coyle “Portfolio Officer” in the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner which was made pursuant by Order in Council 338/2010, dated June 17, 2010 is cancelled;

(b) the appointment of Melanie Coyle “Portfolio Officer” in the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, at a salary of $6,141 per month aligned to the Management Classification and Compensation Plan Level 7 salary range $5,962 - $7,752, such salary to be calculated as and from September 20, 2010, or such date following on which she reports for duty; and

(c) the said position and the said Melanie Coyle shall be subject to the following Regulations made under The Public Service Act, 1998: Part III, Regulation 23 and 25; Part IV, Regulations 30, 32, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 44; Part V, Regulations 45-49 and 51-91; Part VI, Regulations 92 and 94; and Part VII.
