Title: Self-Regulating Health Professional Associations – Membership Changes

Summary: Further to Your Honour’s Orders 306/2009, dated April 29, 2009 and 727/2009, dated October 28, 2009, orders:

(a) That the appointments of the individuals listed in Column 1 of the attached Schedule A to the council or board of the professional association set out opposite his or her name in Column 2 are cancelled, effective the date of this Order;

(b) That the individuals listed in Column 1 of the attached Schedule B are appointed to the council or board of the professional association set out opposite his or her name in Column 2, to serve at pleasure for a term not exceeding the date set out opposite his or her name in Column 4; and

(c) That as a consequence of the above, the individuals listed in Column 1 of the attached Schedule C constitute the Lieutenant Governor in Council appointments to the council or board of the professional association listed in Column 2, to serve at pleasure for a term not exceeding the date set out opposite his or her name in Column 4.
