Summary: Orders:

a) that Order in Council 847/2009, dated December 16, 2009 is repealed; and

b) that the Minister of Social Services is approved to provide a grant to the John Howard Society of Saskatchewan – Regina Council, in an amount not to exceed $50,000, for the period April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011, to assist in the purchase of a dwelling to serve as a peer home in the City of Regina to provide up to five (5) residential placement spaces for youth in the care of the Minister of Social Services.
