Summary: Orders that the terms and conditions contained in the agreement attached hereto as Schedule A be approved as those terms and conditions on which the Minister of Energy and Resources may agree to issue a subsurface mineral lease by special agreement KLSA 003, to the Mosaic Potash Esterhazy Limited Partnership in respect of the Crown mineral lands described in that agreement.
