Summary: Orders that the terms and conditions contained in the agreement attached hereto as Schedule A be approved as those terms and conditions on which the Minister of Energy and Resources may agree to issue to Matt Studer, or his successors and assigns, a mineral claim, and any further claim or lease deriving therefrom, in respect of the Crown mineral lands described in that agreement.
