Summary: Orders that the Minister of Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sport is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with River North Construction (86) Ltd. of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan whereby the Government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $376,576.20 for the construction of the potable water treatment plant upgrades at Sandy Bay Campground in Candle Lake Provincial Park.
