Title: Community-Based Organization Programs Funding Agreements for $893,000 (April and May 2010)

Summary: Orders that the Minister of Corrections, Public Safety and Policing is approved to enter into Agreements, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A (Service Agreement), with those agencies is the attached Schedule B (agency list), for the funding of Community-Based Organizations for:

(a) the month of April 2010, in the amounts set opposite their names in Column 1 of Schedule B, whereby the government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $446,500 for the delivery of community-based justice programs; and

(b) the month of May 2010, in the amounts set opposite their names in Column 2 of Schedule B, whereby the government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $446,500 for the delivery of community-based justice programs.
