Summary: Orders:

(a) Approval of the terms of an agreement between the Government of Saskatchewan and the Government of Canada (Indian and Northern Affairs Canada) to be known as “Billing and Reimbursement for Emergency Social Services”, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, for the period April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2015; and

(b) That the Minister of Social Services is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan.
