Summary: Orders that the Minister of Advanced Education, Employment and Labour is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with the First Nations University of Canada, Inc. and First Nations University of Canada (collectively FNUniv), the University of Regina, and Meyers Norris Penny Limited, whereby the government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $5,200,000, for the purposes of the operations of FNUniv.
