Summary: Orders:

(a) Approval of the terms of an agreement between the Government of Saskatchewan and the Government of Canada to access federal funding for the purpose of providing support for the operations of the Regina Drug Treatment Court, in a total amount not to exceed $446,500 annually, for the period April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2012, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A; and

(b) That the Minister of Justice and Attorney General is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan.
