Summary: Orders that the Minister of Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sport is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with the Western Canada Lottery Corporation and the governments of Manitoba and Alberta, whereby the government conducts and manages a lottery scheme in conjunction with the governments of Manitoba and Alberta with Saskatchewan’s share of the net profits to be used for the benefit of sports, culture and recreation in the Province of Saskatchewan.
