Title: Appoint Shawna Hickling (nee Dashney), Administrative Coordinator, in the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner

Summary: Orders:

(a) that the appointment of Shawna Dashney, Administrative Coordinator in the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, which was made pursuant to Your Honour’s Order 282/2009, dated April 22, 2009 be cancelled;

(b) the transfer of a position to the unclassified division of the Public Service, “Administrative Coordinator” in the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner;

(c) the appointment of Shawna Hickling to the above-mentioned position, at a salary of $4,068 per month in the Management Classification and Compensation Plan Level 1 salary range $3,129 to $4,068, such salary to be calculated as and from December 1, 2009 or such date following on which she reports for duty; and

(d) that the said position and the said Shawna Hickling shall be subject to the following Regulations made under The Public Service Act, 1998: Part III, Regulation 23 and 25; Part IV, Regulations 30, 32, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 44; Part V, Regulations 45-49 and 51-91; Part VI, Regulations 92 and 94; and Part VII.
