Summary: Orders:

(a) Approval of the terms of an agreement between the Government of Saskatchewan and the Government of Canada to be known as the “Canada-Saskatchewan AgriStability Employee Transfer Agreement”, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A; and

(a) That the Minister of Agriculture and the Minister Responsible for Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan.
